Quality Policy


Top Fenders Limited (TFL) is committed to providing an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that meets customer and stakeholder expectations and applicable requirements compliant with ISO 9001 standard.

To achieve this standard and meet its responsibility, TFL will:

  • Provide adequate resources for the implementation and operation of the QMS.
  • Set relevant QMS objectives and targets.
  • Demonstrate commitment with management review meetings at least once a year.
  • Ensure adequate competency and provide training for staff performing work affecting conformity.
  • Monitor and evaluate data to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish, implement and monitor an effective audit plan to monitor compliance and ensure continual improvement across the company.

TFL Leadership Team has the overall responsibility for ensuring this policy and all QMS arrangement is implemented, monitored and reviewed.

This policy will be subject to annual review to ensure it continues to meet TFL requirement.
